• Should our Claims Adjuster not be available you will be prompted to contact our Dedicated Independent Adjusters' after-hour's line at 1-888-584-7929

For after-hours emergency repairs:

Being a Middlesex Mutual policyholder gives you access to our suggested restoration professionals for after-hour’s emergency work. Please complete our claims form below so we have notification of your claim. You are welcome to contact one of the contractors shown below for emergency after-hours repair services:

If your situation is not urgent, you can choose to complete our claims form below:

A Claims Adjuster will be assigned to your file and you will be contacted, usually within 24 hours of our claims department receiving your claims notice.
